Return rights & Process
For us, a happy customer is everything. Therefore we gladly accept returns within 14 days after you have received the product/s. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you have received the last item.
TINY WILD HEARTS e.U. does not offer free returns, so return costs have to be fully covered by you.
In such case you are welcome to choose a local courier of your choice but we highly recommend a shipping option where you have the possibility to track the location of your parcel. Otherwise there is no prove in case the parcel disappears etc. on the way.
Furthermore you have to keep in mind that you are liable when the product is damaged after the transport.
How to the return an item:
- Carefully pack all the items you wish to return. Please return your items in original, unused condition in the original package.

- Fill out the return form and include it in the parcel. Please make sure to write your full name and order no
- Send your parcel to the warehouse address below: remember to use a shipping rate with tracking option and keep the receipt

If the returned items are not received in the original condition, we may make a deduction in your refund. The amount refunded depends on the saleable value of the article. So please take care when you check the properties of the product.
When we have received your return parcel, we will send you a refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. The refund will take place within 14 days after receiving your return parcel at our warehouse. We may hold back the payment until we have received the article, unless you send documentation that you have returned it.
Cancelling part of the purchase
If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order. Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.
If you wish to exchange an item to another size, style or color, please place a new order and return the items you wish to exchange.
